Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Total Delivery Time Please allow 8-18 business days for our order to arrive (processing + shipping).
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high demand, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at officialtrueforme.shop@gmail.com and we will assist you with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control, but we will do our best to help.
